Another chapter of my learning path was a three-day intensive course focused on wedding flowers with the one and only Cecilia, the mind behind la fiorellaia. She's been a source of inspiration to me for a long time, both for her creativity and her entrepreneurial skills.

The course consisted of a group project built and pitched to a mock client, a hands-on floral workshop focused on team workflow under real time pressure, and a full event execution module covering logistics, transport, and installation. This wasn't a beginner's course: it assumed you already knew your way around flowers and wanted to run a real studio, not just style a pretty table. And the result was amazing.
