I fell in love with event planning while organizing my own wedding and never looked back. I studied at the best academies for event organization and floral design, including Emex Academy (Italy), Boerma School (Netherlands), McQueen’s (London), Mika Otani School (Tokyo), and La Fiorellaia (Italy).
Ciao! I’m Floriana – but you can call me Flo! Born in Southern Italy, loving life in Amsterdam since 2019.
After completing my master in Business Administration at Bocconi University and a decade of international adventures as a business analyst for multinational companies, I decided it was time for a change.
So, I traded spreadsheets and meetings for flowers and parties – and launched wonderflo! I combine all I’ve learned with my business background, my creative flair and clear processes to craft immersive, bold, vibrant experiences full of personality and joy.

What Inspires Me
People are the real fuel for my creativity. Their stories, dreams, and wild ideas push me to create floral designs, weddings and events that feel alive, meaningful, and full of soul.
But inspiration also comes from everywhere – art, design, music, travel, architecture, nature, and the incredible people I meet along the way. It’s all about finding beauty in the unexpected and turning it into something unforgettable.
