For Emily and Boris's wedding, Wonderflo stepped in as day-of coordinator, running the timeline, managing the vendor team, and keeping the day moving from a barn ceremony through dinner, dancing, and a poffertjes truck at midnight.

The setting was a countryside farmhouse just outside Amsterdam: hay bales as ceremony seating, a canvas-tented dinner area strung with lights, and an open field for the recessional. The couple kept things relaxed and personal - a cream-and-neutral dress code, wildflower bouquets and boutonnieres in delphinium,and cornflower blue, hand-tied place cards on twine, and a vintage car to whisk the newlyweds off after the ceremony. A live band played through dinner before handing off to a DJ, and even the family cat made an appearance at the reception table.

It wasn't a large-scale design project - simpler decor, DIY charm throughout - but the day ran exactly as planned, and that's its own kind of win: a couple who got to just enjoy their wedding while we handled the rest.
