When Elena and Ben, an Italo-American couple, gave Wonderflo carte blanche for the flower design at their destination wedding at Masseria Torre Maizza (Rocco Forte Hotels) in Fasano (Puglia), the brief wasn't a mood board, it was the two of them. Dynamic, stylish, unafraid of color: that read shaped every decision that followed. Rather than default to the soft, monochrome palette so much of Puglia's wedding scene leans on, we pushed toward variety and volume - a bolder design built around texture, contrast, and movement.

The result was a tall, asymmetrical floral installation built from white and green hydrangea, cymbidium orchids, blush dahlias, and long carnations garlands trailing through folded anthurium leaves: full and a little wild, not neatly symmetrical. The tablescapes carried the same energy: yellow cherry tomatoes, green grapes, and halved limes worked right into the hydrangea and dahlia centerpieces, so the fruit read as part of the design, not a garnish.

This is the kind of project Wonderflo takes on best - one where a couple trusts the design fully enough to let it get a little louder, a little more sculptural, a little less expected. This is when flowers do more than match the linens.
